C.A.R’s Housing Affordability Fund is your non-profit fund dedicated to addressing the ongoing housing affordability crisis facing our state. The Housing Affordability Fund will raise and distribute funds through its local associations to promote efforts of homeownership and increased housing supply. As a REALTOR®, you’re in the ideal position to help lead this effort.
Making a Difference in CA: Join in C.A.R. HAF's mission to increase homeownership opportunities thru our Pathway to Homeownership Closing Cost Assistance Grant Program which helps first-time homebuyers who are members of an "Underserved Community*" bridge the affordability gap by providing them with up to $10,000 in closing cost assistance.
