The State of the Housing Market Report takes a comprehensive look at the recent developments in the California real estate and provides an outlook for the housing market. The report uses monthly transnational data and results from the Annual Housing Market Survey to get a better understanding of the current market conditions and how they might have affected home buying and home selling behavior. The report also discusses the financial aspects of the real estate environment, and provides insights on investors, foreign buyers, and other tiers of the consumer demographics.
