The TLC will also assist in creating a business environment that enhances the confidence of REALTORS® and the real estate experience for consumers while reducing liability for the agent and broker.
Purpose: The C.A.R. Team Leader certification is a venue in which team leaders can obtain, or brokers can require team leaders to have, a certification that qualifies them to organize and supervise team members, decrease broker liability and enhance the consumer’s real estate experience.
Who should attend:
Any REALTOR® looking to increase their income by building a strong, effective team to maximize leads and increase completed transactions.

Renewal Requirement:
Members who took Certification courses and received their certification in 2018 and prior years (i.e. 2017, 2016, etc.) are encouraged (but not required) to take the renewal course since information within the real estate industry is constantly being updated and changing. Members who take the Certification courses in 2019 and beyond (i.e. 2020, 2021, etc.) will be required by C.A.R. Education to take a renewal course every two years to maintain their certification.
Course Details:
Courses may be taken in order. You can take courses Online or LearnMyWay® or in any combination. Any mandatory courses that you have successfully completed within the past six (6) months are applicable towards earning the TLC Certification.
